Material Introduction:
High alloy centrifugal composite cast steel support roller (GFHZG). The working layer of the roller is high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel, and the core is high-strength alloy ductile iron. The roller adopts an optimized heat treatment process. After being heated at high temperature and quenched by spray cooling, the working layer achieves a uniform and fine-grained bainite matrix. The normal temperature microstructure is bainite matrix + granular carbides. Due to the centrifugal casting method, the working layer crystallizes under the powerful centrifugal force, and the microstructure is fine, with fine equiaxed crystals. Chemical composition uses strengthening interfacial elements to fully strengthen the crystal boundaries, and also adds alloys to improve the high-temperature strength performance of the material, significantly enhancing the high-temperature strength of the working layer and providing good thermal fatigue resistance during use. Depending on the different rolling conditions such as rolling force, rolling speed, and steel type being rolled, different heat treatment processes can be adopted to adjust the hardness of the roller body, in order to achieve a better performance on a specific rolling machine. According to the feedback from customers, the usage effect of this type of roller has reached more than twice that of the similar cast steel support rollers.
