Product Description:
The forged steel rolls are treated by a dual-frequency quenching machine and cold treatment equipment. The entire process is controlled by a computer, providing the rolls with a deeper hardened layer, high and uniform hardness, excellent wear resistance, and sufficient accident resistance. It is suitable for the plate and strip production lines in the metallurgical industry, and can be used in various cold rolling mills for cold-rolled steel strips (plain carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.).
Production Process Flow:
I. Cold Rolling Working Roll
EBT primary smelting - LF refining - VOD - casting forming - electroslag remelting - forging - spheroidizing annealing - rough processing - quenching and tempering (quenching + tempering) - semi-finishing - flaw detection - dual-frequency quenching - cold treatment - low-temperature tempering - finishing - hardness, ultrasonic and metallography - packaging and delivery
II. Cold Rolling Support Roll
EBT primary smelting - LF refining - VOD - casting forming - forging - spheroidizing annealing - semi-finishing - quenching and tempering (quenching + tempering) - flaw detection - open-type furnace quenching - tempering - finishing - hardness, ultrasonic and metallography - packaging and delivery
